Haigh’s new chocolate bar for World Chocolate Day

Haigh's Chocolates has released a limited-edition Milk Raspberry Mille Feuille Bar just in time for World Chocolate Day on 7 July.

Just in time for World Chocolate Day on 7 July, Adelaide’s own Haigh’s Chocolates has released a new limited-edition flavour, and it sounds absolutely dreamy.

The Milk Raspberry Mille Feuille Bar takes inspiration from the classic French pastry, mille feuille, known for its delicate layers of crisp pastry and rich cream. Haigh’s has translated that idea into chocolate form, with a tart raspberry centre layered between creamy white chocolate ganache, scattered with crisp pastry pieces and finished in their signature premium milk chocolate. The result is a bar that balances sweet, tart and textural in all the right ways.

Established in Adelaide in 1915, Haigh’s is Australia’s oldest family-owned chocolate maker and a bean-to-bar specialist, sourcing ethically grown cocoa beans and crafting their chocolate using artisan techniques. So when they release something new, it’s worth paying attention.

The limited release Milk Raspberry Mille Feuille Bar is available in a pack of two for $14.90, in all Haigh’s stores across Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra, and online at haighschocolates.com.au
