This exciting event celebrates all things Italian, packed with activities for the whole family. It’s happening on Friday, February 28 and Saturday, March 1, and it’s the perfect chance to dive into the world of Italian food and culture.

“Our Sauce Day has become a favourite tradition for families at the Market,” says Fabienne Reilly, GM of Adelaide Central Market Authority. “It’s a great way to come together, share good food, and enjoy Italy’s wonderful culinary heritage.”

Here’s what you can look forward to:

Sauce-making workshops: Get your hands dirty and learn how to make your own Italian passata using fresh ingredients from the Market. Expert instructors will show you all the secrets to making this tasty sauce from start to finish. (This is a ticketed event, and booking is essential.)
