Adelaide Fringe Review: I’m a Raindrop, Get Me Outta Here!

I'm a Raindrop, Get Me Out of Here! Adelaide Fringe, 2024
FAMILY-FRIENDLY ADELAIDE FRINGE REVIEW: KIDDO reviewer, Olive, went to see I'm a Raindrop, Get Me Outta Here! presented by SpudPuppy Productions at Adelaide Fringe.
KIDDO Reviewer, Olive

WORDS: Olive W, 13-years-old

I’m a Raindrop, Get Me Outta Here! is perfect for younger children, and an amazing opportunity to get out of the house with the whole family! Plus, the venue is great, with drinks and wood fire pizza just outside.

The show features facts about the water cycle and introduces younger children to climate change as well as the environment in an understandable, fun way. The main messages of the show are making your own decisions, trusting your gut, and being aware of what is happening to our ecosystems.

Halfway through, you get a chance to shake out your wriggles as part of the story, a great way to be ready for listening. The three actors take you time travelling through the ages, allowing you to visit the dinosaurs, working in the mines, and then take a look inside the brain of a modern times politician!
