Fun for the kids

For the children there is plenty of fun on offer from pony rides, face painting, seed planting, fairy floss and a huge sausage sizzle.

With the event seeing an attendance of upwards of 2,000 people in previous years, the College will welcome with open arms all members of the public for another year of fun.

The College’s Principal, Vanessa Browning proudly invites the community to partake in this outstanding day.

“Our Centenary Street Fair” is a community event with everybody welcome. Please bring your family and friends along and enjoy a day filled with delicious food, beverages, live music and a vibrant fair atmosphere.”

“There will be plenty of activities for every member of the family, including show rides, a petting zoo, delicious food and wine, stall browsing and so much more.”

“It’s wonderful to see the growing confidence in families to get back out and return to normality. As a result of COVID restrictions, we haven’t been able to host this much-loved event since 2019, so we’re looking forward to welcoming the community into our spacious College grounds once again.”

Families and friends of all ages are welcome, with costs only to apply to some activities, food and drinks.

The Centenary Street Fair will be operating under a COVID Management Plan on the College’s spacious grounds.

Seymour College also recently commemorated a 100-year milestone of providing world-class education for girls and highlighting the College’s strong traditions and rich history over the century.
