Tara Treasures started as a small Melbourne business selling handcrafted felt toys at local markets. Today, they’re Australia’s first Fairtrade certified children’s brand, creating educational aids, life cycle toys, solar system kits, and licensed products based on beloved Australian children’s books.

They’ve collaborated with authors like May Gibbs and Julia Donaldson, creating finger puppets for The Gruffalo, Room on the Broom, and Wombat Stew. Next year, they’ll release officially licensed Play School characters for the show’s 60th anniversary.
