Dive into your inner selves and come dressed in your gothic best, snap a photo strip to take home and explore the latest projects from the state’s top youth and arts led organisations in this whole gallery event.

Australian Dance Theatre

Watch the Tread dancers perform a new short work, Wish you were here created by emerging Adelaide choreographer and sound designer Alix Kuijpers in collaboration with the dancers. Tread is Australian Dance Theatre’s young artist program, a three term program that fosters the next generation of creative artists through weekly dance workshops with a focus on creative exploration and collaboration.

Youth Inc.

Inspired by the macabre and themes explored in the writing of Edgar Allan Poe, Youth Inc. will set up an interactive Gothic poetry and photography booth.

South Australian Youth Guitar Ensemble (SAYGE)

Enjoy music from SAYGE Q, a guitar quartet from the South Australia Youth Guitar Ensemble (SAYGE). SAYGE is a non-profit organisation whose purpose is to encourage and develop ensemble skills and confidence for classical guitarists in South Australia, regardless of ability or background.

Create a badge and get involved in answering important questions about what it’s like to be a young person today.

Centre for Creative Photography

The Centre for Creative Photography welcomes you to a stop motion workshop using your own mobile devices. Come along and learn some simple animation techniques as we teach you how to turn a few still images into a short stop motion video.

Spoken Word SA

Spoken Word SA (SWSA) exists to connect poets and communities, nurture their development, and provide a platform through which poets can share their work via open readings, workshops, invited performance opportunities, and networking, with the long-term aim of leading SA’s spoken word culture into a strong and sustainable future.

Discover serenity at Neo’s Quiet Zone, a peaceful oasis for those seeking a moment to chill and unwind.
