LORETO springART Exhibition

Immerse yourself in a weekend of rich artistic expression from more than 50 leading South Australian established and emerging artists at the annual Loreto springART Exhibition presented by Booth Real Estate. A recognised fixture in the Adelaide arts and cultural calendar and a celebrated event amongst the Loreto College Marryatville school community this year Loreto springART is set for 8-10 September and celebrates its 39th anniversary. The Loreto springART Exhibition will showcase more than 100 unique works of art for sale curated by Loreto’s artist in residence Marisha Matthews. A testament to the diversity of artistic expression the exhibition will feature an array of mediums including paintings sculpture jewellery glassworks photography and collages from professional artists who have studied extensively and exhibited nationally and internationally. Loreto springArt will officially begin with the highly-anticipated Opening Night Launch Party on 8 September from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, hosted by Loreto College Principal Dr Nicole Archard. Experience the warm Loreto hospitality including canapés beverages and music by Driller while delighting in the unique opportunity to meet the artists and purchase their works. Weekend program highlights also include: an Artist Panel Discussion hosted by Paul Turley with feature artist Louise Feneley emerging artist Chris Small and exhibition curator Marisha Matthews; as well as two Frida-themed art classes for children held by renowned artist Nicola Semmens on the Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
