If you’re a parent, you’ll know the feeling. You’ve barely finished unpacking the school bags before you’re thinking about tomorrow’s lunchboxes, after-school snacks and what’s for dinner. Feeding kids can feel like a full-time job in itself.
The everyday challenge
That’s exactly what inspired South Australian mum Danielle Elia to launch JNR Food Co. to make feeding kids well a little easier.
JNR creates wholesome, ready-made meals using local ingredients, no preservatives and hidden vegetables that kids genuinely enjoy. Designed for busy family life, JNR means you can have something nutritious ready in the freezer for those nights when work, school, sport and life simply take over.
A bigger idea
As JNR grew, Danielle noticed something else. South Australia is home to incredible small food businesses solving the same problem in different ways, so rather than competing with them, she brought them together.
The result is JNR Pantry, a collection of trusted, local food brands in one place, created by founders who know exactly what feeding busy families is like, because they’re doing it themselves.

Meet the brands
JNR Pantry brings together some of South Australia’s most passionate family food businesses.
- Veghead makes veggies delicious, packing real vegetables into familiar lunchbox favourites that kids actually want to eat.
- Jujubenate grows its own jujubes on a South Australian farm and freeze-dries them into a naturally sweet, antioxidant-rich snack.
- Little Eaters has reimagined kids’ pasta, combining real vegetables with playful shapes to help make mealtimes easier for families.
Different products, different founders, but the same goal to make nutritious family food more convenient.
Supporting local families
Instead of shopping across multiple websites, families can now discover trusted South Australian brands in one place.
From ready-made meals and lunchbox favourites to wholesome snacks and vegetable-enriched pantry staples, JNR Pantry makes feeding the family simpler while supporting local businesses along the way.
After all, raising children takes a village.
