Ingredients

  • 70g Dried cranberries
  • 30g Chia seeds
  • 100g Sultanas
  • 100g Dates
  • 50g Pepitas
  • 60g Coconut oil
  • 50g Honey
  • 50g Shredded coconut
  • 1 ½ Tbsp cocoa powder

Method

Step 1
Add dried cranberries, chia seeds, sultanas and dates into a food processor and blitz until finely chopped.

Step 2
Add coconut oil, honey, shredded coconut and cocoa powder and mix until combined.

Step 3
Prepare a baking dish with non-stick paper.

Step 4
Pour mixture into the baking dish and spread it around, pressing it down firmly to bind everything together.

Step 5
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until hard.

Step 6
Once hard, chop up into bars and store in the fridge.
