Haigh’s Easter range 2026 brings colourful chocolate fun for families

A selection of Chocolate Easter treats by Haigh's Adelaide, South Australia
Bright eggs, bilbies, hot cross bun chocolates and cuddly gifts headline Haigh’s colourful Easter range for 2026, available now in stores and online.

Easter just got a whole lot sweeter, with Haigh’s Chocolates unveiling its bright and cheerful 2026 collection packed with new treats, nostalgic favourites and adorable gifts for little ones.

Inspired by colourful Easter décor and the joy of family gatherings, this year’s range features more than six million chocolate eggs of all sizes, many of them handmade and hand-foiled in South Australia.

Among the new arrivals is the limited-edition Milk Cookie Crunch Egg, alongside two indulgent additions to the much-loved Hot Cross Bun Chocolate range: Tiramisu and Burnt Caramel. Returning favourites include Milk and Dark Honeycomb Eggs, Milk Salted Macadamia Brittle Egg and classic half eggs filled with Scorched Almonds, Speckles and Frogs.

A standout centrepiece for Easter celebrations is the impressive one-kilogram Milk Chocolate Super Egg, back after selling out last year.

No Haigh’s Easter would be complete without the iconic chocolate Bilby. Celebrating 33 years, the Milk Chocolate Easter Bilby is now available in a new large 450g size, alongside medium and small versions in milk and dark chocolate. Since 1993, more than 1.3 million bilbies have been made, with part proceeds supporting the Foundation for Rabbit Free Australia and efforts to protect native wildlife.

For younger children, the cuddly plush toy range is also expanding, with Kevin the Koala and Edna the Echidna joining the lineup as sweet non-chocolate gift options.

Behind the scenes, Easter is the biggest production season for Haigh’s, accounting for about 10 percent of its annual chocolate output. Production takes around 20 weeks, with approximately 100 tonnes of chocolate created for the season and most sold in the lead-up to Easter.

Established in 1915, Haigh’s remains Australia’s oldest family-owned chocolate maker and continues its bean-to-bar tradition using ethically sourced cocoa and artisan techniques.

The 2026 Easter collection is available now in all Haigh’s stores and online, ready to bring colour, flavour and a little magic to family celebrations.
