Save the date: Twilight Food Affair an ‘affair to remember’

Families everywhere are invited to grab their picnic rugs and head to Tatachilla Lutheran College on 22 March for the biggest family night there is: the 2024 Twilight Food Affair.

A memorable evening of food, wine, music, show rides and fireworks, the Twilight Food Affair is one of the biggest community gatherings in McLaren Vale and the college’s flagship fundraiser.

Set among the lush, rolling hills of vineyard country, the Twilight Food Affair gives all families the chance to reconnect in a safe and festive environment before the close of Daylight Saving and the onset of winter.

The event showcases some of the best loved food trucks from across the Fleurieu – offering tasty treats from Italy, Greece, Mexico, Spain, India, Argentina and Vietnam – as well as a delicious range of freshly prepared Australian bush food, homemade ice-cream and Belgian waffles.

In 2024 the food line-up is also set to include crowd-favourites such as spinning spuds, hot cinnamon donuts and fairy floss.

This year Twilight will once again offer a pop-up bar for grown ups – now doubled in size from the 2023 event – boasting a stellar range of local wines and beers that have been generously donated by McLaren Vale’s most beloved cellar doors and breweries.

Guests will be entertained all evening by a range of carnival rides, four hours of musical performances and a seven-minute fireworks display at 9:00pm.

The event is open to everybody and has been designed to celebrate the important role of togetherness in the lives of our children.

Tatachilla Lutheran College looks forward to welcoming new visitors and seeing old friends at Twilight 2024.
