SHANX Mini Golf swings into Goolwa

A young boy enjoys playing mini golf as the sun sets, casting a warm glow over the course.
The South Lakes Golf Course in Goolwa has just made a hole-in-one for families and the local community! Thanks to a $1.4 million investment, the new SHANX Mini Golf is officially open — bringing excitement, jobs, and big smiles to the Fleurieu Peninsula.

A mini golf adventure for all ages

SHANX Mini Golf isn’t your average putt-putt! There are no spinning windmills or clown mouths here — just 18 beautifully designed holes, rolling greens, and a course that feels like a real golf experience set in the Goolwa sand dunes.

The course features two pins per hole — one for a challenge (the SHANX course) and one that’s a little easier (the Pelican course). It’s perfect for kids, parents, and grandparents to play together.

And the best part? You can play day or night under sparkling LED lights, with a winner’s podium ready for family photo fun!

Food, fun & family time

SHANX @ South Lakes connects directly to the clubhouse, so families can enjoy yummy food and drinks between games. It’s the perfect spot for:

  • Birthday parties
  • Corporate events
  • School excursions
  • Family days out

Open seven days a week during summer, tickets start from $19 per round, and kids six and under play free!

So, grab your putter, gather your crew, and get ready to test your skills at SHANX @ South Lakes — where the fun never stops!

Now open at South Lakes Golf Course, Billabong Road, Goolwa South.
