Mindful Mothers’ Group: Becoming a Mother

The goal of the Mindful Mothers' Group held at Once & Again cafe is to provide a space to build a tribe of like minded women that can support each other. Pregnancy can be overwhelming and these facilitated sessions aim to provide evidence based and self-care practice to help you navigate this journey and stage of your life.

Expectant mums will be maternally grateful for becoming a part of the Mindful Mothers’ Group: Becoming a Mother Edition*

“Hindsight is a wonderful thing” – understanding your options for pregnancy, birth & the postnatal period only after it has happened can be challenging. Too often we hear “I wish I knew that before I had a baby or I didn’t even know this existed when I had a baby?”

The goal of this Mothers’ Group is to provide a space to build a tribe of like minded women that can support each other. Pregnancy can be overwhelming and these facilitated sessions aim to provide evidence based and self-care practice to help you navigate this journey and stage of your life.
