So many places around South Australia are brimming with Easter excitement this April, offering family-friendly activities and treats to celebrate the season. Here's our Easter round-up for 2025.

Get Creative at the Bunside Village Uggs Bunny Workshop!

Calling all little crafters! The Uggs Bunny Workshop is the perfect way for your kids to express their creativity. Over four days, they’ll get to decorate and personalise their very own pair of Ugg boots. It’s a fun, hands-on activity that’s sure to put a smile on their faces!

When: Monday 14 April – Thursday 17 April
Times:
• 10:00am – 10:45am
• 11:00am – 11:45am
• 12:00pm – 12:45pm
• 1:00pm – 1:45pm
Where: Timber decking in the Fashion Mall (opposite Seed Heritage)
Cost: $15 (includes your very own Ugg boots!)

Spaces are limited to 20 children per session, so be sure to book early!

Easter at the Adelaide Central Market

This Easter, the Market has extended hours, fun activities for the kids, live music, and, of course, plenty of fresh produce and traditional Easter treats arriving daily.

Free kids craft workshops and face painting – On Easter Saturday (9:30am to 12pm), children can enjoy face painting or join in a fun craft workshop while you shop for Easter essentials.

Market trail – Returning this year, the trail is a must-do for families these school holidays, with extended hours into Easter Thursday evening! Pick up your bag and map from The Market Stall and hop around the Market to collect Easter treats like flavoured milk, chocolates, and goodies for the Easter bunny. Bookings are required (see adelaidecentralmarket.com for details).

In addition to the kid-friendly activities, they’ll have live music on Thursday and Saturday, creating a lively atmosphere for all ages to enjoy.

Mintaro Maze

Before Mintaro Maze’s gates close, head over for the Easter Long Weekend from Saturday 19th to Monday 21st April for the annual Bunny Hunt! Explore the maze and the beautiful garden to spot all the hidden bunnies and collect your very own Easter egg prize when you find them all!


Free Easter carnival fun at Harbour Town

These School Holidays enjoy FREE entertainment for the whole family with Easter carnival games, face painting, fairy floss & a visit from the Easter Bunny handing out Lindt chocolate treats!

Meadows Easter Fair

Make the most of your Easter weekend with a fun-filled family outing to the Meadows Easter Fair in the scenic Adelaide Hills!

Just under an hour from the city, the fair returns to the charming town of Meadows in 2025, offering over 100 stalls with something for everyone. This year, enjoy a vibrant mix of local artisans, crafts, fresh produce, delicious food, a petting zoo, gourmet treats, and a wide variety of handmade items—perfect for your home, man cave, or as thoughtful gifts.

With free entry and convenient parking available at the local oval and surrounding areas, the Meadows Easter Fair is an event you won’t want to miss. Check out the market from April 18th to 21st, open daily from 9am to 4pm.

Melba’s Easter Long Weekend

Celebrate Easter with Melba’s over the Easter Long Weekend at its Woodside Factory in the Adelaide Hills!

They’ll be open from the 18th of April to the 21st of April from 9:00am – 4:30pm daily!

With plenty of free family fun and Easter Chocolates, it’ll be a fun day out for all! Here’s what you can expect:

The Easter Bunny is on the way to Westfield Marion

Visit Westfield Marion on Thursday April 17 or Saturday April 19, to see our roaming Easter Bunny. Escorted by his special friend, the Easter Bunny will be handing out Easter Eggs to children in centre.

Dates: Thu 17 Apr (4.00pm – 7.00pm) and Sat 19 Apr (11am – 2pm)

Wilbur’s Wildlife Discovery Centre at District Outlet Centre
