Introduction to Baby Yoga
Baby Yoga is a yoga class deigned to deepen your connection with your baby and support your babies spatial awareness, flexibility, balance, coordination and more.
This intro class is the perfect way to start your journey, and will be followed by a complete 3 week yoga series starting on the 29 September.
*Note – Baby yoga is not a post natal yoga class.

Intro to baby massage is a light and informative 1 hour class for those who just want to know the basics to get started with baby massage.
A perfect class to come and try before moving onto the complete 3 week baby massage series which goes into more depth on baby massage techniques and a beautiful way to get to know some other mamas.
