Queens Theatre Xmas Festival

The Queens Xmas Festival will be the ultimate way to get into the spirit of the festive season says the Queens Theatre’s Torben Brookman.

“The holiday season is all about spending quality time with friends and loved ones,” Torben says. “The Queens Xmas Festival is where you can enjoy the works of some of South Australia’s finest musicians, artisans, distillers, and winemakers in the iconic Queens Theatre over 3 incredible days and nights. Each day will offer something new and exciting so make a weekend of it to enjoy the full scope of art, craft and talent on offer.”

Ceramic Workshops

Join JamFactory associates’ and acclaimed ceramicists’ Sam Gold, Xanthe Murphy and Mirjana Dobson as they lead ceramic workshops on Saturday and Sunday afternoon where participants can create plant pots, ceramic tea sets or ornate candelabras that will be glazed and fired by Sam, Xanthe and Mirjana.

The Ceramics Workshops are for everyone, no matter their skill level and are all about having a good time and learning something new. Participants will be taught a blend of traditional and contemporary ceramic methods in a fun relaxed atmosphere. Everyone’s creations will be glazed and fired, ready for collection just in time for Christmas, making the perfect gift for a loved one.
