After ten years of touring around the globe and playing to over 55,000 people, the award-winning production of Grug returns to Adelaide on its biggest stage yet.

After ten years of touring around the globe and playing to over 55,000 people, the award-winning production of Grug returns to Adelaide on its biggest stage yet.

Based on Ted Prior’s much-loved picture book character, Grug has become a rite of passage for young theatregoers all over the world.

First Australian performance in 2020

Marking the first Australian performance in 2020, Grug will be showing in the Dunstan Playhouse from 6-18 October.

Theatres are operating at 50% capacity and audience members will be seated in a safely spaced configuration.

Tickets are extremely limited, so book early to avoid missing out on your chance to spend some time with an iconic Australian character!

We can’t wait to get back to the theatre with our kiddos to celebrate ten years of Grug!
