This weekend, Adelaide is in for a magical treat as Disney On Ice presents Road Trip Adventures makes its way to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. Kicking off on 14th June and running through to 16th June, this spectacular event promises to be an unforgettable experience for families and Disney fans alike.
From the moment the lights dim and the first notes of the iconic Disney tunes play, audiences will be transported on an exhilarating journey with Mickey Mouse and his beloved friends. This year’s theme, Road Trip Adventures, is all about high-energy escapades to some of the most cherished Disney destinations.
Expect to be swept away to the rooftops of London with Mary Poppins and Jack, groove to the beats in the Pride Lands with Simba, Timon, and Pumbaa, and even venture to the lush islands of Motunui with Moana. Each segment is packed with interactive elements and stunning performances, ensuring everyone from the little ones to the young at heart is thoroughly entertained.
One of the highlights this year includes a dazzling new song from Princess Jasmine in a vibrant Aladdin segment that promises to leave the audience “Speechless.” The show doesn’t stop there – you’ll also join Woody and Bo Peep in a hilarious carnival adventure, complete with their new pal Forky.
Families will sing along to their favourite Disney classics as they watch Merida, Belle, Ariel, Mulan, and Tiana glide across the ice in a beautiful tribute to Disney princesses.
