More than 50 beloved Disney characters are set to glide into Adelaide this winter when Disney On Ice presents Magic in the Stars arrives at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
This brand-new production brings together an all-star lineup of Disney favourites, combining world-class figure skating with aerial acrobatics, spectacular lighting, special effects and dazzling costumes. The show celebrates the magic of wishes, dreams and courage, with stories from some of Disney’s most iconic films.
Guided by the North Star, audiences will join Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck and Daisy Duck on a journey through both timeless classics and modern favourites. Along the way, families will encounter characters including Mirabel from Encanto, Moana, Tiana from The Princess and the Frog, Aladdin, and the Disney princesses Cinderella, Snow White, Belle and Rapunzel.
A major highlight of the production is the on-ice debut of Raya from Raya and the Last Dragon. The fearless warrior takes to the ice and into the air in a thrilling aerial acro-pole routine, bringing a powerful new moment to the Disney On Ice stage.
Fans will also step “Into the Unknown” with Elsa and Anna from Frozen 2, cruise along the ice with Lightning McQueen and Tow Mater from Cars, and reunite with Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Jessie and the Toy Story gang.
The magic continues in the mountains of Colombia with Mirabel and the Madrigal family from Encanto, before audiences set sail with Moana across the open ocean as she helps Te Kā remember who she truly is.
With breathtaking skating, high-flying stunts and an extraordinary cast of 56 Disney characters, Disney On Ice presents Magic in the Stars promises an unforgettable family experience that celebrates the power of believing in yourself and following your dreams.
Disney On Ice Preferred Customers can access tickets first via the pre-sale from Tuesday 17 March, with general tickets going on sale from Tuesday 28 April.
