Cirkidz Spring School Holiday Program

The SA Circus Centre in Bowden is running supervised half-day and full-day circus skill sessions for children aged 5–12 these school holidays.

Activities include trampoline, aerial skills, acrobatics, and parkour-inspired Cirkour (for ages 8–12). Other sessions such as Circus Smorgasbord, Soar & More, Pick ’N’ Mix and Ready, Set, Circus give kids the chance to try a mix of skills and find their favourites.

Why you should run away with the circus these holidays!

Circus is a great way for children to build strength, coordination, and confidence while working in a fun, supportive environment. Every holiday program session is led by experienced trainers who make sure kids are safe, active, and engaged. The program is suitable for both beginners and kids with some circus experience, with trainers tailoring activities so everyone is challenged at their own level.

This year also marks 40 years of Cirkidz in Adelaide, with generations of South Australian families discovering the joy of circus. Cirkidz has seen young participants grow into professional artists, touring internationally or starting their own successful circus companies — a reminder that you never know where a first taste of circus might lead!
