St Louis opens its new-look Gouger Street dessert bar with $10 bottomless churros

St Louis has reopened its Gouger Street store with a fresh new look, new menu creations and a grand opening party featuring $10 bottomless churros.

Dessert-first families, this one’s for you. South Australian favourite St Louis has opened its refreshed Gouger Street store, featuring brand-new branding, a redesigned space, new menu creations and all the sweet favourites Adelaide already loves. It’s the first store to show off the brand’s new direction.

The store opens today, Friday 6 November, and St Louis is celebrating with a grand opening party from 7pm to 9pm. There’ll be a live DJ, special treats for the first guests through the door and $10 bottomless churros.

A fresh look for an Adelaide favourite

For years, St Louis has been the go-to for a late-night sweet treat, a catch-up over gelato or a special after-dinner outing with the kids. The Gouger Street store has been transformed after months of work behind the scenes. It now has new branding and a fully redesigned space, made for families and friends to sit down and enjoy dessert together.

New desserts, plus the classics

Along with the new look comes a new menu of dessert creations. The good news for anyone with a firm favourite order is that the St Louis classics are staying. Kids can stick with what they know while grown-ups try something new, or swap spoons and do both.

Why Gouger Street?

Gouger Street is already one of Adelaide’s busiest spots for a night out. Chinatown is next door, the restaurant strip is packed, and it stays lively well into the evening. That makes St Louis an easy dessert stop after a family dinner in the city.

Families in the north won’t miss out either. A new St Louis is on the way at The Palms, so watch this space.
