Choosing the right school is one of the biggest decisions a family makes. In 2027, Endeavour College will open its purpose-built Junior School for Reception to Year 6 in the heart of Mawson Lakes.
The new Junior School will create a complete Reception to Year 12 pathway, allowing children to begin, grow and graduate within one College, one community and a connected learning journey.
For more than 25 years, Endeavour College has built a strong reputation for progressive Christian education, excellence in learning and a commitment to student wellbeing. The Junior School will bring this approach to younger learners, providing strong academic foundations alongside personalised support, curiosity, creativity and belonging.

At the heart of the College is the Endeavour Way, guiding how students learn, build relationships, take responsibility and contribute to their community.
“Children learn best when they feel safe, supported and excited to come to school,” Principal Richard Baird said.
“Our vision is to create a Junior School where every child is known and encouraged to achieve their best. We want students to develop strong foundations for learning while growing in confidence, character and faith.”
The lakeside campus will feature contemporary classrooms, flexible learning areas, specialist STEM, music and enrichment spaces, a library and outdoor environments designed for active play, exploration and connection.

Literacy and numeracy will remain central, supported by a rich and relevant curriculum that encourages inquiry, collaboration and real-world understanding. Specialist learning across languages, the arts, physical education and technology will allow students to explore their interests and discover their strengths.
Endeavour’s team of experienced teachers will build meaningful relationships with students and families. Learning programs will respond to individual needs, while passionate educators will set high expectations and support every child to make progress.
The Junior and Secondary campuses will be connected by a purpose-built footbridge, allowing students and staff to move safely between the two sites and share selected learning, recreation and specialist facilities. Together, they will operate as one College, united by a shared mission and the Endeavour Way values of Love, Courage, Forgiveness and Hope.
For parents, this means greater continuity, fewer transitions and the reassurance of knowing their child can move through every stage of learning within a community that knows and supports them.
Families can enrol now for the Junior School’s first intake in 2027.
