Adelaide Fringe Review: The Greatest Magic Show

Adelaide Fringe show The Greatest Magician on stage at Gluttony
Magicians Sam and Justin deliver fast-paced illusions, playful comedy and plenty of audience involvement in this all-ages Fringe favourite that had kids and parents laughing together.

The Greatest Magic Show at Gluttony is exactly what it says on the tin!

On stage, magicians Sam and Justin captivate the crowd with a series of well-executed tricks and humorous antics, blending jaw-dropping illusions with witty banter. Each trick is cleverly set up with just the right amount of suspense. The entire time, the whole audience was captivated by the various tricks and gags. It was a great balance of comedy and magic.

The audience participation was a highlight and has been well-honed by both performers. Kids get plenty of chances to step up and be part of the magic. It was one of those rare shows where I found myself chuckling right alongside her.

What makes The Greatest Magic Show such a great Fringe pick for families is that it genuinely works for all ages. Although I went for the kids, Sam and Justin quickly won me over. I’ve honestly never seen my 8-year-old laugh harder.

As a bonus, each child receives a free magic wand upon entry, which has already provided lots of fun.

Rating: FIVE STARS!!!!
