Design a Mini Float for the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant

Primary school children in South Australia are invited to enter the 2024 National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant Mini Float Competition. Submit your creative float designs for a chance to win cash prizes and exclusive experiences.

Primary school children across South Australia have an incredible chance to showcase their creativity in the 2024 National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant. The Mini Float Competition invites young artists to design a mini float that could be built and featured in this year’s Pageant.

Whether working individually or in groups, children are encouraged to submit their imaginative designs in the form of drawings, paintings, or models. This is a perfect opportunity for kids to let their creativity shine using pens, pencils, paints, or any other materials they choose.

Key Dates:

  • Entries open: Monday, 13 May 2024
  • Entries close: Sunday, 30 June 2024 (by 11:59pm ACST)
  • Winners notified: Late July 2024

 

Prizes:

Thanks to National Pharmacies, the competition offers fantastic prizes for the top entries:

  • First prize: $500, a unique behind-the-scenes tour of Stardust Castle, and a reserved spot to watch the Pageant.
  • Second prize: $300
  • Third prize: $200

 

A panel of judges, appointed by the Pageant’s creative director, will review all entries.
