The IB PYP Evaluation process is part of the ongoing commitment to the standards and practices of the PYP, ensuring that schools maintain and enhance the quality of education offered within the framework of the International Baccalaureate’s Primary Years Programme.
The evaluation process enabled all members of the School community, including students from early learning to Year 5, parents, teaching staff, school leadership and the Council of Governors to be involved in rigorous and high-level discussions about our teaching and learning at Walford, including examining the curriculum, teaching methods, assessment practices, and the overall impact of the program in the Junior School.

A highlight of the process was learning how proud our students are to be part of our Junior School. Their love and enthusiasm for the personalised curriculum available to them came through in the conversations the evaluators had with the students.

They allow us to strengthen and develop our teaching and learning programs across the Junior School so that each student can achieve her best, her way.
