Credit Union Christmas Pageant
At 9:30am this Saturday 10 November, the whistle will blow to signal the beginning of the 2018 Credit Union Christmas Pageant – the 86th year of the Pageant!
Since 1933,the Christmas Pageant has been the traditional start to the Christmas season in South Australia. Thousands of people, young and old, line the city streets to welcome Father Christmas to Adelaide.
People of all ages gather along Adelaide’s streets each November to welcome the Credit Union Christmas Pageant to town.
Over 172 bright and colourful sets, including floats, bands, dancers and clowns entertain thousands of people, culminating in the arrival of Father Christmas himself in Adelaide.
