Drop & Go Day Camps
Woodhouse Adventure Park’s School Holidays UNPLUGGED ‘kids only’ day camps offer thoughtfully programmed adventures designed to keep primary school kids aged 5 to 12 screen-free, active and entertained for the whole day… just 10 minutes up the South Eastern freeway on a magnificent 54-hectare nature wonderland in Piccadilly. As always, this season of UNPLUGGED (running weekdays 3-13 October) features a different and creative theme every day, incorporating so many outdoor adventures. Happy little day campers at Woodhouse will be enjoying campfires, outdoor laser skirmish and ‘wheelies’ (think mountain scooters, mountain boards and billy carts!). Curious little scientists are going to love Weird Science, Blast Off!, Rock & Roll and Miss Peregrine’s Potions… while budding detectives will have their problem-solving and observation skills put to the test with Where’s Wally at Woodhouse. There really is something for every kind of kid … from nature lovers and arty types through to adrenaline seekers! Plus every day includes time on Challenge Hill obstacle course and a private Tube Slide session (weather permitting). JUST $75 PER DAY (Scout Members save 20%) covers programmed activities and full facilitation (1:9 staff to child ratio) from 9am to 5pm.
Family fun with a day pass
If you don’t want to miss out on any of the fun come along with the kids! Take the day pass option for unlimited access to the site from 9am to 5pm where you will climb, crawl, swing and splash your way through more than 30 obstacles on Challenge Hill, tackle a giant split-level maze, slide down two epic Tube Slides (runs weekends and most public holidays), conquer the ultimate multi-dimensional outdoor bouldering challenge, negotiate an orienteering or photo hunt course, or have a round of disc golf (think golf with a frisbee). For even more fun, pitch your tent (or pull up your van) at one of the unpowered sites or stay in one of the glamping bell tents or family chalets with all day activities included from 9am on your day of arrival to 5pm on your day of departure. Head to Woodhouse for the Spring-Fest family camping party over the Labour Day Long Weekend to celebrate spring and revel in the seasonal highlights… warmer weather, the start of daylight savings, campfires, and bonus activities for overnight guests!
