On Stage and Circa Workshops

8 – 11 year olds | 10am to 11:30am

12 – 17 year olds | 11:45am to 1:15pm

Get ready to learn from some of the best in the biz when the mighty Circa roll into town, with contemporary kids circus workshops for one day only – Saturday 13 August.

Circa’s approach is physical and experiential – expect to sweat, bend, run and leap while encountering new perspectives on performance.

Workshops will be led by members of the Circa Ensemble focusing on a particular scene and movement language from On by Circa where participants learn new circus skills and movement languages specific to the show. These performance components are then integrated to create a sequence or scene accompanied by the On by Circa musical composition by Jethro Woodward.
