Scoop up the fun at Ben & Jerry’s FREE ice cream cone day

Ben and Jerrys FREE icecream cone
Ben & Jerry’s is bringing back its famous Free Cone Day celebration for the first time since 2019. On Monday, April 3, 2023, Ben & Jerry's in Norwood will be offering free scoops of the company's ice cream to celebrate the loyal fans that have made the brand so successful.

The annual Free Cone Day was first introduced over 40 years ago after Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield, the co-founders of the company, wanted to thank their local community for their support during their first year in business. They opened their doors and gave away free scoops of ice cream, which led to the creation of this beloved annual celebration.

Today, Free Cone Day is celebrated in over 35 countries and is a way for the company to show its appreciation for its loyal customers. This year, Ben & Jerry’s has set a chunk-tastic goal to make Free Cone Day the biggest and best yet.

Ice cream lovers can visit their local participating Ben and Jerry’s Scoop Store on Monday, April 3, from 12pm to 8pm, and indulge in their favourite ice cream flavours, including classics like Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and iconic flavours like Half Baked.
