After record-breaking sell-outs in 2024 and 2025, Adelaide International 2026 Kids’ Day returns with an expanded program of free family fun, inviting parents and kids to kick off the summer of tennis together.
Taking place on Monday 12 January 2026, day one of competition, Kids’ Day combines world-class tennis with a full schedule of kid-friendly activities designed to get children off screens, moving and having fun during the school holidays.
The Adelaide International, a combined WTA 500 and ATP 250 tournament, will see some of the world’s best tennis players compete for a $2.5 million prize pool, leading into the Australian Open. Alongside the on-court action, Pinky Flat will once again transform into a vibrant family zone packed with entertainment, games and interactive experiences.

Hon Zoe Bettison, Minister for Tourism, said Kids’ Day continues to grow as a major family event on South Australia’s summer calendar.
“Adelaide International’s Kids’ Day provides exactly the kind of free, accessible family experience that helps make South Australia the Best Event State in the nation. We’re encouraging families to get their kids off screens and down to The Drive to try something active and exciting,” she said.
In 2026, families can expect an even bigger off-court footprint, making Kids’ Day ideal for both tennis fans and those simply looking for a fun, affordable day out in the city. The popular Kids’ Passport also returns from 13–17 January, encouraging kids to explore the Kids’ Zone and complete activities across the site while enjoying live tennis.
Tickets start from $10 for adults, with kids going FREE at selected sessions.

“With Kids’ Day selling out in both 2024 and 2025, I’d encourage families to secure their spots early. It’s a fantastic way to kick off summer and experience the best of what Adelaide has to offer.”
